
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 1 cup Organic Soul Sooji
- ¾ cup Organic Soul Desi Khand
- ½ cup Organic Soul Ghee
- 2 ½ cups water (or milk for richer taste)
- 2 tbsp Organic Soul Almonds & Cashews, chopped
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
Method
1. Roast the sooji
- Heat a pan and add Organic Soul Ghee.
- Add sooji and roast on medium heat until it turns golden and aromatic.
2. Prepare sweet liquid
- In another pan, boil water (or milk).
- Add Organic Soul Desi Khand and stir until dissolved.
3. Combine
- Slowly pour the hot sweet liquid into the roasted sooji, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook until the sooji absorbs all the liquid and halwa thickens.
4. Flavor & garnish
- Mix in Organic Soul Cardamom Powder.
- Garnish with chopped Organic Soul Nuts and saffron strands.
