Organic Soul Special: Sooji Halwa with Desi Khand & Ghee

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)


Method

1. Roast the sooji

  • Heat a pan and add Organic Soul Ghee.
  • Add sooji and roast on medium heat until it turns golden and aromatic.

2. Prepare sweet liquid

  • In another pan, boil water (or milk).
  • Add Organic Soul Desi Khand and stir until dissolved.

3. Combine

  • Slowly pour the hot sweet liquid into the roasted sooji, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Cook until the sooji absorbs all the liquid and halwa thickens.

4. Flavor & garnish

  • Mix in Organic Soul Cardamom Powder.
  • Garnish with chopped Organic Soul Nuts and saffron strands.
