Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange requests only in the following cases:
Damaged or Incorrect Items – If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof Requirement – A 360° video recording of the damaged or incorrect product is mandatory for processing your request.

Step 2 – Review
Our team will verify your request and may ask for additional images or details.
Step 3 – Approval & Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address, and a replacement will be shipped to the same address.
Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
